  1. Each state can be represented or send up to four teams.  Each team should present and send the name of the players one week before the official H.A.S.F. tournament.  The players must be over the age of 17 years old in order to play in H.A.S.F.  We are working to promote a juniors tournament in the future
  2. The H.A.S.F. will promote and encourage fair game principles.
  3. The H.A.S.F. tournament will be an advanced soccer tournament so the well-being of the players must be mandatory, which means every team’s coaches and managers should make sure all players are healthy enough to play the game.
  4. The H.A.S.F. will follow the seventeen (17) soccer rules and all regulations – that is mandatory.
  5. Respecting officials and showing sportsmanship will be our priority in addition to showing peace, love and brotherhood to all.
  6. Greeting each other before the first game and after the final whistle will be mandatory.
  7. The proper gear and uniform is required.  Proper outdoor soccer shoes must be worn by all players.  The referees and the H.A.S.F. investigators will be there to insure that there will be no violations of this rule.
  8. Players will not be allowed to play for more than one team.  The team’s coaches and managers should be able to provide the names of the team’s players and their ID before the game.  There will be ZERO tolerance for breaking this rule or unsportsmanlike behavior.  Any team found violating this rule will be expelled from the soccer field.
  9. The soccer field will be a surf and well installed soccer field.
  10. The soccer ball will be a size five ball.
